Glimpsing at Vitamins

Our body is in urgent need of its best friends who help it maintain the health of cells, their development and productiveness. These friends, or, to be more precise, vital substances, are called vitamins. We find and absorb them in food mostly – I’m sure you know junk food is an exception here.
These are natural vitamins. However, there are also synthetic vitamins which we can buy in any pharmacy nearby. Unfortunately, their ‘development’ is closely connected with the ‘romance’ of various chemicals which scarcely suggests these substances’ naturalness.
We can speak of the following main vitamins which are extremely important for our health: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B1, B2, B3. So what wonders exactly do these miraculous substances work with our health if made the most of regarding proper dosage and freshness? I’ll dwell upon them in a ‘glimpsy’ manner, just read on.
As for Vitamin A, it contributes to solid bones, good teeth, soft tissue and skin. Domestic animals will share the products containing this health’s friend with you: milk, eggs, milk.
Vitamin C is one of the most ‘famous’ ones. I’m sure you know mostly all fruit contains it, especially citruses (lemon, orange etc.) This vital substance helps our body soak up iron and has very positive impact on our teeth and gums, their strength and i.e. healthy look.
You’ve all heard of the ‘sunny’ Vitamin D. It makes friends with our body and Vitamin C, the former helps the latter to get absorbed by the body. ‘He’ is the boss of calcium and phosphorus, and is responsible for their nice behaviour in our blood.
Vitamin K helps blood to coagulate; Vitamin E contributes to formation of red blood cells; Vitamin B1 turns carbs into energy – ain’t it a true miracle of a human body’s interaction with ‘outer’ world? If you need your red blood cells to be raised and ‘brought up’ fast and correctly, start considering ‘hiring’ Vitamin B2. As for B3, it sorts out hormones and cholesterol in the body.
